Membership of the European Parliament Former Members Association is open to members of the European Parliament, whose term of office has ended. They may apply in writing for membership of the Association. Their Membership has to be approved by the Management Committee.

Persons who were deprived of their mandate or who belong to an association violating basic human rights cannot be members of the Association.

In 2010, members of the Association are required to pay an annual membership fee of €100.
