On 4 June 2026, former MEP Ms Anneli Jäätteenmäki took part in the EP to Campus educational programme at the Historical Archives of the European Union (HAEU) in Florence, organised by the Former Members Association (FMA).
During her visit, Ms Jäätteenmäki met with secondary school students for an interactive session centred on the values, institutions and identity of the European Union. This provided students with a unique opportunity to hear directly from a former policymaker and engage in meaningful conversation about the EU’s role in their lives.

These programmes aim to introduce participants to key topics related to the history of European integration and current developments within EU institutions, utilizing original archival sources.
