On 16 December, the European Parliament Former Members Association (FMA) will organise an EP to Campus event as part of the European Integration Poster Session, bringing the experience and perspectives of the European Parliament closer to students of the Bachelor of European Studies.
The event will feature a keynote speech by a former Member of the European Parliament, followed by a Q&A session. The topic will be agreed with the participating former MEP and may focus on areas such as EU external relations, defence, human rights, or migration policies.
The former MEP will also take part in the evaluation of students’ poster presentations and the awarding of prizes for the best projects.
Through the EP to Campus programme, the FMA aims to strengthen dialogue between academia and the European institutions, while fostering students’ understanding of European integration and contemporary European affairs.
