On 22 May 2025, former MEP Ivan Štefanec participated in the EP to Campus educational programme at the Historical Archives of the European Union (HAEU) in Florence, in collaboration with the Former Members Association (FMA).
During his visit, Mr Štefanec met with secondary school students for an interactive session centred around the values, institutions and identity of the European Union. The encounter provided a unique opportunity for students to hear directly from a former policymaker and to engage in meaningful conversation on the EU’s role in their lives.
