Online FMA Study visit to North Macedonia
On 5-6 October 2020, an FMA Delegation of former MEPs led by FMA President and European Parliament Former President (2007-2009) Hans-Gert PÖTTERING, attended a virtual Study Visit to North Macedonia with online meetings with high-level representatives from the Parliament and Government of North Macedonia, promoting constructive dialogue and supporting parliamentary democracy.
The President of North Macedonia, H.E. Mr. Stevo Pendarovski, the President of the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia, H.E. Mr Talat XHAFERI, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Mr. Bujar OSMANI, and the Deputy Prime Minister for European Affairs, H.E. Mr. Nikola DIMITROV were among the prominent speakers.
The delegation met also representatives from civil society organisations and university students with an open exchange of views.
